At the core of the CRH5064 is the robust TI5064 Horizontal Shaft Impactor, delivering an impressive 400 horsepower. Engineered for high-tonnage applications, this crusher features a high-inertia four-bar rotor, a monoblock primary curtain with replaceable tips, hydraulic tramp iron relief, and hydraulic-assisted apron adjustments. These advanced features maximize output while safeguarding both the machine and its operators.
Prototype testing has demonstrated the CRH5064’s exceptional capabilities, achieving 600–700 tonnes per hour when processing 30-inch minus shot rock limestone. With a maximum feed size of up to 30 inches, the TI5064 is the ideal solution for large-scale aggregate production, recycling, and demolition projects—delivering reliability and efficiency where it matters most.
Innovative Design for Maximum Efficiency
The CRH5064 is equipped with the new 60” x 20’ Cedarapids Advantage Series Vibratory Grizzly Feeder, which is eight inches wider than previous models.
This enhancement maximises crusher utilisation and efficiency, ensuring high throughput and superior material separation. The feeder’s large stroke removes fines early, feeding only what needs to be crushed, and optimising the performance of the TI5064 HSI.
Key design enhancements incorporated into the TI5064 includes patented hydraulic overload protection on both aprons, hydraulic assist apron adjustment, and a hydraulically opened hood for easy inspection and maintenance. Optional features such as a blow bar jib crane and quick-release wedge lock system make maintenance safer and more efficient—no crane rental required with the optional jib crane.
Built for Versatility and Mobility
The CRH5064 is designed for flexibility, with a variety of configurable options including feed hopper extensions, hydraulic feeder lift, self-cleaning magnet, under-crusher pan feeder, electrical controls, and grizzly fines cross conveyors. Multiple axle options—standard quad, Washington spread quad, or 3+1—ensure the plant is easy to transport, even in challenging regions. The removable feed hopper module further enhances transportability, giving you a competitive edge in today’s market.
