The third -quarter of 2015 saw Italian natural stone products continue growing on the US market.

This is confirmed by the latest Istat export data analysed by the Marmomacc Observatory.

From January to September, 2015, exports to the USA of hewn, shaped and finished natural stones posted turnover of €336 million (US$364million), up by 29.4% over the same period in 2014.

The leap forward for Made in Italy marble and granite also involves the rest of the North American continent that saw an overall increase of 25.2% of natural stone products processed in Italy.

This positive result was revealed at The International Surface Event (TISE), the key show in North America for natural stone, surfaces, coatings and industrial ceramics.

The event was set in motion following the merger of three shows: StonExpo/Marmomacc Americas and.

Veronafiere plays a leading role in this event, as the organiser, in partnership with Informa Group, of StonExpo/Marmomacc Americas, the event inside TISE dedicated to natural stone. VeronaFiere, thanks to Marmomacc, oragnises the most important international natural stone, design and technologies exhibition to be held in Verona, Italy from 28 September-1 October 2016).
