Spain-based Elite Cement has announced that a 35% stake in its business has been sold to Lafarge but the company will continue to operate independently. The stake was previously held by Proyectos, Servicios y Conservacion 3. Under the deal, the plant in Puerto de Castellon will now be supplied with clinker by Lafarge.
