LafargeHolcim in the US has acquired Minneapolis/St.Paul-based Marshall Concrete Products in a move that expands the footprint of Aggregate Industries.
Aggregate Industries– a member of Holcim – manufactures and supplies a range of heavy building materials, primarily aggregates such as stone, asphalt and concrete, to the construction industry and other business sectors.
LafargeHolcimsays the acquisition enhances Aggregate Industries’ current residential and light commercial offerings, benefiting all sectors served, including infrastructure and industrial customers.

Since 1936, Marshall has been a concrete producer, with a focus on residential and light commercial customers.
