Marangoni will launch its new ‘Marangoni Technical Compounds’ business unit during the K Trade Fair in Düsseldorf, Germany.

Eurorubber, a company that operates in the technical compounding industry providing rubber compounds for many key industrial sectors, and German subsidiary MRSD (formerly Ellerbrock Reifenrunderneuerungs-Technologie) will be showcasing Marangoni Technical Compounds at the 19-26 October 2016 event.

The establishment of the new business unit by the Rovereto, Italy-based retread tyre specialist is the result of investment in technology, training, and qualifications which started five years ago. This investment is part of a strategy to penetrate the European technical compounds market with a strong partnership between Italian and the German production sites.

The launch of the Marangoni Technical Compounds business unit coincides with Marangoni’s planned expansion of the range of products, the implementation of increasingly widespread customer service, and the intensification of R&D activities in this sector. Marangoni Technical Compounds will, it’s said, allow Marangoni to be quicker to respond to market demands within and outside national borders, where Eurorubber, through significant investments and a strong customer-oriented philosophy, has achieved increasing success in recent years.

The Marangoni Technical Compounds business unit will also benefit from major investment in a new mixing line at a factory located in Henstedt-Ulzburg, Germany.
