Hillhead 2016 visitors will get a closer look at McCloskey International’s jaw crusher duo, the J40V2 and J45R at the event in Buxton Quarry, county Derbyshire, England, from 28-30 June.

The J40V2 will be at work in the demo area, feeding an ST80T tracked stacker, and a J45R jaw crusher will be on display along with an I44 impact chamber.

McCloskey International will be running the J40V2, with its heavy-duty cheek plate design, 40″ wide jaw and user-friendly control panel offering machine diagnostics.

The J40V2 jaw crusher is said to have enhanced portability at 2.5m wide, and be ideal for sites that require a high degree of mobility.

Taking on the material produced by the J40V2 will be the ST80T, designed for high capacity stockpiling operations. It comes as standard with diesel power units, hydraulic main lift and hydraulic top fold.

The conveyors, with a large direct feed hopper, offer a base production capacity of 500tonnes/hour with optional upgrades to 800tonnes/hour.

McCloskey International’s says its J45R jaw crusher allows operators to produce a crushed and screened final product with one machine, while the I44 impact crusher chamber is said to be ideal for a variety of applications worldwide, including asphalt recycling, concrete recycling, rock crushing, construction and demolition.

McCloskey authorised dealer, Aggregates Processing & Recycling, will display its flagship S190 triple deck screener, along with the R155 scalping screener, at its stand M10.
