McLanahan Corporation, which provides custom-engineered processing solutions to a variety of Industries, and which launched its UK and European presence at the Hillhead event in England in June 2012, has acquired the Eagle Iron Works. McLanahan purchased the assets of Eagle Iron Works, and the company will remain in Des Moines and maintain its own identity in the market, continuing to offer Eagle Iron Works equipment, supply parts and manage its sales efforts through a coordinated system of dealers.
McLanahan Corporation says it is excited about the purchase and supporting “this great classic line of equipment.”
McLanahan Corporation and Eagle Iron Works will both be exhibiting at the upcoming AGG1 show in San Antonio, Texas.
