Metso Minerals has announced that it has acquired PSP Slévárna in a bid to improve its wear parts supply chain in Europe. In a statement, Metso has said that the acquisition is a part of the company’s profitable growth strategy to develop its services business. PSP Slévárna has, until now, been a supplier to Metso and recorded sales of €20million in the last financial year.
