Metso Outotec has completed the acquisition of Tesab, an Omagh, Northern Ireland-based company specialising mostly in mobile crushing equipment for aggregates applications, including quarrying, recycling, asphalt and concrete.
Tesab’soffering will complementMetso Outotec’soffering in the mobile crushing and screening markets. The business, whose product portfolio also includes mobile screens, scalpers and stackers, will continue as an independent product brand within Metso Outotec, with its more than 60 employees integrating into the Metso Outotec group.
Tesab’s turnover in 2021 was around €30 million, and the company has more than 60 employees, primarily in Europe. The value of the Metso Outotec acquisition deal has not been disclosed.
