Private equity firm MFG Partners has completed an acquisition that will see Mellott Company grow its position as a provider of aggregates services in Pennsylvania.
Mellottprovides a full spectrum of integrated aggregates processing services and equipment, including equipment and parts distribution, service and repair, engineering and fabrication, as well as contract crushing.

The transaction was completed in partnership with Company management and PNC Mezzanine Capital.
