Neftekom Oil has launched a new macadam plant in the Rovno region of Ukraine. The facility at Zaverichye Quarry will draw on the site’s estimated 36million m3 of granite reserves, and will have a processing capacity of 180tonnes per hour. Belonging to the financial and industrial group Altcom, Neftekom Oil has already produced 32,000tonnes of macadam this year. Of the total, 10,000tonnes of road metal was delivered to Russia for airport construction.
