Bogdan Dobre has been appointed as the new CEO of construction materials provider Holcim Romania.
Dobre, who will also be market head for Moldova, takes over from Horia Adrian who has led local operations at the LafargeHolcim subsidiary for the last three years.
Dobre, who has 20 years’ experience in management positions within Holcim, commented: “Thank you to Horia for everything he has accomplished. His efforts have concreted in a visible progress in Holcim operations both locally and at the regional level.
“I will continue, in the direction of the development of our business in Romania and Moldova, constantly adapting to the challenges of the market of construction materials, constantly transforming. This way, we will still be able to respond to our customers’ needs, offering high-tech and integrated solutions.”
