Italian testing equipment company Controls has moved its headquarters after 30 years at its historic base at Cernusco sul Naviglio, Milan, which can no longer meet the growing productive needs of the company. Italian testing equipment company Controls has moved its headquarters after 30 years at its historic base at Cernusco sul Naviglio, Milan, which can no longer meet the growing productive needs of the company.

The company, which has seven branches and more than 4,000 products for the construction industry in three business areas, has a new plant in Liscate, a small town in a logistically strategic position, just 17km from the centre of Milan and at the intersection of two major new motorway networks.

Among its products is testing equipment for concrete, aggregates, cement and asphalt.

The company’s new site has an internal surface of more than 8,000m² and an overall surface area of 22,000m², twice the size of the previous base. In addition to enjoying more space for research and development, production, logistics and goods handling, the new headquarters has a large area dedicated to services for visitors from all over the world and an extensive showroom for the presentation of products, training courses and meetings.

The recent Open Day saw the inauguration of Esplosione di Supernova, by the artist Giuliano Melioli.
