Dutch company Magna Tyres says that tyre wholesaler Ham-Re is its new exclusive distributor for Finland, a strategic agreement that is an important step to get the company further introduced on the off-the-road (OTR) tyre market in Finland.

“Magna Tyres has been successfully operating on the Finnish market for several years. The company has found the ideal partner in Ham-Re to further expand its OTR tyre activities in Finland. Both companies contribute a valuable and long-term experience of international tyre sales and distribution to their cooperation,” says Magna Tyres.

Provisions of the agreement grant Ham-Re sole ability to purchase and resell Magna branded OTR tyres utilised in the mining, construction, port handling and scrap metal/waste handling industries in Finland.

Magna Tyres Group is a Dutch manufacturer of OTR industrial and truck tyres, and has expanded significantly in the tyre industry in the last few years and currently has ten sales office worldwide. The products of Magna Tyres are already running in more than 110 countries all over the world and this global presence of the brand continues to grow every year, says the company.

Magna Tyres Group continues to expand the sales and distribution network and it is planned to invest in a new 24,000m² warehouse at the headquarters in the Netherlands. Expansion of the warehouse space is required, to fulfil the increasing needs of European partners in Germany, France and the Netherlands and to provide the best service and availability for original equipment manufacturers such as Terex, Liebherr and Sennebogen.
