Metso Corporation has confirmed that its new president and CEO Pekka Vauramo will assume his duties on November 1 2018. The appointment was first announced on May 21 this year when Metso said that Vauramo would be in place by November "at the latest". He joins Metso from Finnair where he has served as president and CEO since 2013.
