The New Year has brought changes to Longcliffe Quarries with a strengthened commercial team.
Agricultural specialist John Nichols joins the company as Sales Manager to grow expertise across the company’s animal feeds and agricultural lime product range.
Kristina Stephens brings over eight years of sales experience and joins as Area Sales Manager for the South for the Longcliffe calcium carbonate powders business.
Dean Boam, who has been with the company for 12 years in Internal Sales Representative and previously Bulk Tanker Transport Planner roles, takes over as Area Sales Manager for the North for the powders business.
Commercial Director Darren Mooney says: “We are pleased to kick off a new year with this positive news. We look forward to working with John, Kristina and Dean as we continue to build on and grow our business across all sectors.”
For nearly 100 years, Longcliffe’s Derbyshire, English East Midlands quarries have been a market-leading supplier of high-purity calcium carbonates. Longcliffe produces around 100 products for a huge range of critical industries, from animal feeds and pet foods to glass and plasterboards and from plastics and adhesives to pH correction and flue gas desulphurisation.
Longcliffe products even made their way into the ‘fluoroelastomer’ docking seals on the International Space Station.
