As part of the deal, Green Rock partnered with Couch owner Steve Shaw to complete the transaction.

Green Rock CEO Clayton Mobley says: “The outstanding employees and operations of Couch will complement our existing holdings, and will expand our operations and service areas. The opportunity to partner with Steve Shaw made this an opportunity that we could not pass up.”

Shaw is to serve as CEO of Couch.

Shaw says: “I look forward to working with the Green Rock team to find ways to better serve our customers and stakeholders. I am delighted that they will be an intricate part of Couch’s future.”
