A cellular concrete plant and a construction materials plant are among the facilities set to be included in the near €990million Novoaltaysk Yuzhny industrial park being built in Novoaltaysk, Siberia.
Private investors will cover 90% of the overall €899.34million cost of the works on the 290hectare site which are due to take eight years.
