According to the latest figures from Norway’s Geological Survey and the Directorate for Mineral Management, turnover in the extractive industries grew 8% last year to NOK10.8billion (€1.38billion). The organisations said that turnover from demand for crushed rock and gravel was up to NOK4billion.
