Italian hydraulic attachments specialist Simex has released the second of three eye-catching videos focusing on the manufacturer’s state-of-the-art VSE screening buckets for excavators.
The second video includes footage of the VSE range in action at a gravel quarry and demolition waste deposit near Simex’s state-of-the-art headquarters in San Giovanni in Persiceto, in Emilia-Romagna, northern Italy.
Simex VSE screening buckets for 8-45 tonne excavators come in four sizes: 8-13 tonnes (VSE 10), 12-18 tonnes (VSE 20), 16-30 tonnes (VSE 30), and 30-45 tonnes (VSE 40). The new video showcases the range’s versatility, high productivity and reliability.
The VSE40 screening bucket for 30-45-tonne excavators equipped with Simex’s exclusive FIT tool system in recycling configuration is filmed turning demolition waste into three different recycled aggregates: 0-15mm (fines), 15-55m (medium), and 55m+ (coarse). The final product is ideal for horticulture, landscaping, agriculture or excavation and backfilling applications.
The VSE30 for 16-30-tonne excavators equipped with the FIT tool system in mixed configuration Is also featured. It is said to be ideal for processing lumpy materials, bio waste, or when you need to select topsoil resulting from the reclamation of mixed and rocky soil.
