Due to implementing restructuring in the past, Grupa Gorazdze does not plan any jobs cuts, but is going to freeze salaries in 2013.
Currently, Grupa Gorazdze is completing the consolidation of its three branches: Gorazdze Cement, Gorazdze Beton and Gorazdze Kruszywa. It is planning to increase the production of aggregates and is considering takeovers in the aggregate segment. The Group is also considering expanding its facilities where concrete is produced.
