LSR Group is acquiring 100% in the Gazstroy company, which controls the Ryabovo Ceramic Plant in the Leningrad region. The business centres of the holding company are to be part of the payment for the asset. As well as obtaining control over Gazstroy, the group is to get the licence to develop the Krasny Latysh clay quarry with proven reserves to last for 30 years. After the deal the group is to produce about 450 million bricks a year in the Leningrad region and the St Petersburg and the Moscow region
