Sandvik has extended its dealer agreement between Retec Equipment and Sandvik Mobile Crushing and Screening to cover the whole of the UK and Ireland territory.

The move builds on Sandvik’s successful working relationship with Retec. The company has sold Sandvik’s mobile crushing and screening range in the UK since 2021.

Initially appointed for the London and South-Eastern counties, Retec has established an excellent foothold in the industry and developed the Sandvik business in these Southern counties over the past few years. A premium supplier and reseller of specialist equipment in the recycling and quarrying industries, the company has more than 40 years of expertise in the industry. A family-owned and run business, Retec has recently expanded its sales team to serve its ever-expanding customer base.

Ronan Herity, Retec’s director, said: “We are excited to expand our sales territory, and it is a great progression of what we have already built since we were appointed by Sandvik three years ago. We take great pride in our work, offering our customers the best products and services. ‘Proven not promised’ is our mission statement, and we know that with the Sandvik brand, we have a premium quality product upon which our customers can rely.”

Andrew Haldane, sales territory manager for Sandvik Mobile Crushers and Screens in the UK and Ireland, said: “Our relationship with Retec has grown successfully over the past few years, and we are delighted to extend their agreement to include the whole of the UK and Ireland.”
