Chinese quarrying, construction and mining equipment company SDLG is staging a virtual press conference and event platform at the bauma CHINA 2020 construction, quarrying and mining machinery exhibition.
With travel being difficult this year, the company says the initiative will enable international journalists to take part virtually at the event for the unveiling of SDLG’s latest export products and technology innovations. Volvo Group-owned SDLG will be sharing its stand with Volvo Construction Equipment at the event, which started yesterday and is taking place until Friday 27 November at Shanghai New International Expo Centre.
A total of 21 new products will be showcased, including wheeled loaders, excavators, motor graders, compactors and backhoe loaders – almost half of them destined for export to international markets. A particular highlight for Africa and the Middle East, will be the launch of the new H-Series wheeled loaders.
Three prototype machines will also be unveiled, including driving assistance, hybrid and hydrostatic transmission technologies.
