Portuguese cement producer Secil has announced that it has gained approval from the competition authority for its takeover of Lafarge’s subsidiary Lafarge Betoes.
Portuguese cement producer Secil has announced that it has gained approval from the competition authority for its takeover of Lafarge’s subsidiary Lafarge Betoes. It has been estimated that the Lafarge Betoes business is worth €65million but details of the transaction have not been released.
