Northern Irish conveyor belts manufacturer Smiley Monroe has introduced a new flexible work pattern which will see many employees finish work at 12.30pm on Fridays
The new pattern, which started on Monday June 15, means that sales lines will remain open for calls until 2pm on Fridays. The company says that customer account managers will continue to be available for emergencies outside of these normal business hours.
Smiley Monroe’s existing opening hours of 8.30am – 5.00pm from Monday to Thursday will remain unchanged.
The company says the changes will make a positive impact on its team’s work-life balance.
