Smiley Monroe is on the road again to Hillhead 2026 to showcase their conveyor belt range, built for the toughest jobs.
Global conveyor belt supplier Smiley Monroe will exhibit at Hillhead 2026, the UK’s premier quarrying, construction and recycling exhibition, running from 23 to 25 June 2026 in Buxton. The company will demonstrate how its conveyor belt range is designed to maximise machine uptime, extend equipment lifespan and reduce operational costs. Visitors can meet the team at Stand E5.
At the show, Smiley Monroe will feature its latest innovations across its core product range, including:
- ZIP CLIP – a ready-to-fit replacement belt system that gets machines back up and running in as little as one hour, removing the need for vulcanising and significantly reducing downtime.
- TOUGHFLEX – the company’s all-round solution for extreme conveying environments, engineered to withstand the toughest operating conditions and deliver a service life of up to four times longer than standard EP multi-ply belts.
- INTEGRACLEAT – custom cleated belts featuring integrally moulded profiles, designed to move materials efficiently and reliably across a wide range of industrial applications.

Smiley Monroe supports a broad range of industries, including crushing and screening, recycling, agriculture, road construction and environmental operations, delivering conveyor belt solutions built around durability, efficiency and real-world performance.
A Strong and Growing GB Presence
With demand continuing to grow across the GB market, Smiley Monroe is building on the success of its Midlands Hub in Ilkeston, Derbyshire. Launched in response to customer demand for faster lead times and improved service, the facility has strengthened the company’s support offering across GB through increased stock availability, next-day delivery and same-day collection.
With a wide range of flat and chevron conveyor belt options available, and one of the largest stock holdings of conveyor belts across the UK and Ireland, the Midlands Hub enables customers to access full rolls and cut lengths quickly and efficiently. This helps reduce downtime and ensures operations continue to run smoothly.
“GB has always been an important market for us. Our customers wanted faster access to the products they need, and the Midlands Hub allows us to respond quickly and efficiently,” Smiley Monroe chief executive officer Chris Monroe said.
Hillhead 2026 will provide the opportunity to see first-hand why Smiley Monroe continues to be trusted across industries for conveyor belts that are fast, tough and reliable, backed by proven results in the field.
