Construction materials supplier, Aggregate Industries, part of the LafargeHolcim Group, has appointed Duncan Reaney as its new general manager and Lucy Collins as commercial manager for the Express Asphalt arm of the organisation.
Reaney joins from his previous role as head of strategy and pricing at Aggregate Industries. Prior to that, he held a role within the HR team at LafargeHolcim.
“I am honoured to take over the leadership of the Express Asphalt division and I look forward to further developing the strong, customer focused culture that the team has come to be known for. Express Asphalt is a service that very much puts customers at the heart of our offering,” he said.
“Our goal is to provide a fast and reliable service, supported by continued innovation and product quality.”
Lucy Collins joined Aggregate Industries at 19 years old after finishing her A-Level examinations, and eleven years later she has worked in various divisions within the business, having started off as a sales co-ordinator in the Aggregates Division, progressing on to a personal assistant for the Aggregates’ director.
A move to the Express Asphalt business saw her role evolve from secretary and pa to business manager and now commercial manager.
