The RazerTail® Truck Unloader, designed and manufactured by Superior Industries, is a portable, rapid-deployment conveyor system designed to efficiently move materials from trucks to the processing stream without ground contact or double handling. Its innovations, including self-cleaning ramps, hydraulic powerfold protection, and adjustable heights, allow it to set up in mere minutes and unload a truck in about 60 seconds.
In contrast, Superior’s TeleStacker® Conveyor is a heavy-duty, radial telescopic stacker celebrated for its ability to build high-capacity stockpiles with minimal segregation. Equipped with robust automation, heavy-duty undercarriage, and versatile lengths (up to 64m), it moves large volumes—up to 4,535 MTPH—while maintaining structural integrity and operational efficiency.
When combined, these systems effectively form a continuous, streamlined material handling powerhouse. The RazerTail Truck Unloader ensures prompt, clean truck unloading of end dump, belly dump, and side dump trucks.
