Superior Industries has unveiled the latest upgrade to its cone crusher control platform.
The new Vantage Automation version 7.2 is designed to improve the user experience and improve data-gathering diagnostics for the Patriot Cone and Dakota Cone Crushers.
“This update underscores the value of strong relationships with dealers and customers,” Superior Industries’ crushing equipment product manager Jarrod Adcock said.
“The improvements are a direct result of their feedback, which is vital to the continuous improvement of Superior’s products.”
The new Vantage Automation features an enhanced user interface, advanced diagnostics, integrated solenoid testing, unified software platform and backwards compatibility.
Superior Industries has redesigned screens to provide clear navigation and improved graphics for ease of use.
It will be capable of individual solenoid testing and improved data recording, enhancing troubleshooting accuracy and visibility, reducing downtime and maintenance costs.
The new system eliminates the need for external tools, centralizing diagnostics directly on the touchscreen.
The Vantage Automation is compatible with Patriot Cone and Dakota Cones, offering streamlined updates and operations for two crusher models.
It is available for retrofitting on existing cone crushers manufactured by Superior, making upgrades accessible for current users.
Superior Industries has confirmed Vantage Automation v7.2 is included on all new factory machines from January 2025 and is available for installation on existing machines. Superior Industries’ dealer network can support customers with additional details.
