Telestack has been awarded a significant new project in North America, which the manufacturer says further strengthens its presence in the region and reinforces its reputation for delivering high-capacity, integrated bulk material handling solutions.
This latest system has been engineered to support efficient ship loading of aggregates at a rate of 1,000 tonnes per hour, ensuring reliable, high-performance operations from pit to port.
At the core of the installation are two TB 58 radial telescopic ship loaders, ten TL 30 link conveyors, and two static hopper feeders.
Designed as two fully interlinked lines for dual ship loading, all units incorporate rotation sensors and interlinks capable of automatically stopping upstream equipment in the event of an emergency stop / belt slip scenario – delivering both operational efficiency and peace of mind.
Telestack’s TB 58 ship loaders are equipped with a comprehensive suite of features to maximise performance, safety, and environmental compliance.
These include dual access walkways for enhanced safety during maintenance; diesel-driven tracked tuggers for flexibility and mobility; full over-belt dust covers for improved environmental control; and freefall telescopic chute for controlled and efficient vessel loading.
The manufacturer comments: “This project reinforces Telestack’s dedication to delivering high-throughput, seamlessly integrated mobile systems for demanding bulk applications, while maintaining a strong focus on safety and environmental performance.”
