Terex Minerals Processing Systems will globally launch its new modular recycling jaw, the MJ400R and also show the TSV6203 screen, at Hillhead 2016.

Promoting the new products, Geoff Beattie, sales director for Terex MPS, says: “Hillhead has always been a great show for us. We not only have UK customers visiting the booth but many international visitors as well.  We are always pleased to return to Hillhead to show the breadth of our product portfolio.  In addition, we have a good story to tell regarding new products, innovations and technology.”

The company says that the MJ400R is a great addition to the modular product portfolio currently in existence, and key to the product is access that has been built into the design.

“It brings customers a well proven, cost effective and durable machine in a modular all-electric format with no-crawl maintenance access to the chamber,” says Terex MPS.

The MJ400R has the Terex TJ2844R single-toggle jaw crusher as standard, and it has a fully galvanised steel structure including walkways, steps, guardrails and product conveyor and is CE compliant.

Terex MPS says it is ideal for C & D recycling applications as well as quarry and mines, and integrates well with established systems or working independently.

Also on display will be the TSV6203 screen. The  LJ-TSV combines the efficient, high g-force El-Jay oval stroke motion with variable slope operation to handle larger deck loads.

The screen adjusts up to 10° in 2.5° increments to best fit the application and optional bottom deck deflector plates increase efficiency.
