Terex Trucks will be exhibiting at the International Mining Convention in Guadalajara, Mexico from 25-28 October.

Taking place at the Expo Guadalajara in the central region of the Mexican state of Jalisco, the Scottish articulated and rigid frame truck manufacturer will have representatives attend the four-day exhibition alongside its longstanding dealer AMECO at stands 270 and 281.

“Mexico is an essential market for open-pit mining, quarrying, and underground mining, as well as civil construction projects including highway and dam construction activities,” says Mike Quaranto, regional sales manager at Terex Trucks.

“The International Mining Convention is a well-known show and we anticipate welcoming several customers from Jalisco, Sonora, Chihuahua, Durango, and other areas of Mexico to our stands throughout the event.”

With knowledge in the creation and maintenance of haulers dating back to 1934, Terex Trucks says its focus at the show will be on how it best serves customers in the region.

In partnership with AMECO, the brand has built an impressive and sound reputation throughout Mexico and consistently works to generate competitive offers that benefit the customers’ ability to lower the cost of operation, maximise uptime and productivity. Accordingly, a range of aftermarket topics aimed at achieving customer satisfaction will feature heavily at the company’s stands.

Specialists from Terex Trucks and AMECO will be on hand at the event to discuss tailored articulated and rigid truck solutions to suit different jobs and applications.

“AMECO prides itself on parts and service support, which is why the company has a substantial amount of spare parts in stock in Mexico, and factory-trained mechanics to support the Terex Trucks machines that are in operation in Mexico,” says Quaranto.

“It’s important that as the manufacturer we promote and support all the great things our dealer AMECO can do because the competition in the market is aggressive.

“There’s no doubt that the International Mining Convention will be an excellent show and the perfect space to network with customers, both existing and potential.”
