Terex Washing Systems (TWS) says it is making a further investment in its North American sales and operational teams.

The company adds that the move will enable customers to engage directly with TWS experts to discuss their requirements and collaborate in the development of innovative customer-specific solutions.

Northern Ireland-based TWS provides advanced washing solutions for material and mineral washing needs in aggregates, recycling, mining and industrial sands.

The TWS operation in North America includes 20 regional partners via 50 service depots, 60 mobile trucks and 100 expert technicians.

TWS director Oliver Donnelly commented: “The cornerstone of our international success is our strong customer relations and how we work directly with them to bring mutual success. Our new enhanced levels of sales and service and support will build upon momentum gained in recent years as we continue to focus on serving customers, with world-class washing equipment solutions that add commercial value to their operations.”

Jarrod Rice, TWS sales director USA, commenting on the new approach stated: “Our regional partners throughout North America, coupled with TWS headquarters in Ireland will enable us to provide world-class technical expertise and aftersales support. We are dedicated to helping customers increase their productivity and boost their return on investment through our extensive range of cost-effective equipment that can be combined to create comprehensive solutions that can be tailored to their needs.”
