The US-based company has supplied a JXT jaw crusher, 4043T impact crusher, Spyder 516T screening plant and CH40 radial stacking conveyor for the project. The equipment was shipped to Kerachi in Pakistan and then transported by road to Kandahar – a journey which took five months in total due to the legislative red tap as well as the distance involved.
Screen Machine helped to install the equipment which will be used to generate base course, coarse aggregate for concrete, and drainage rock. Nonetheless, the first task for the equipment was to recycle concrete for construction of new helipads, roads and runways at the air base.
