Millennium5, a rigid and articulated dump truck payload monitoring system, is VEI’s biggest-selling model. The company’s hi-tech, heavy-duty sensors are said to be installed on the Millennium5 in such a way so as to provide an accurate weight while loading and operating in the toughest of site conditions.

Launched at bauma 2016, and for excavator applications, helperXE allows the arms, bucket and the excavator inclination to be controlled by inclination sensors. This does away with the need for mechanical moving parts between the arms which can be easily damaged.
VEI says that with helperXE installed onboard, excavator operators can be sure that each bucket is weighed, the load is within the allowed limits, and the production is under control. VEI says its products can be installed on a variety of machines, working in different applications.
