Recently, the Vicat quarries in Barraux and Arnas created a partnership with naturalist association Arthropologia aimed at scientifically recording the number of wild pollenators on its sites as well as promoting their reproduction and building awareness among employees and the public.
The Odyssée project aims to offer pollinating insects optimal conditions for living and reproducing. It involves the planting of various species of plants and the installation of spirals and homes for insects.
