A leading quarrying plant and construction machine maker, Terex's Materials Processing business segment (Terex MP) has produced a video of its state-of-the-art Dungannon Aftermarket Centre of Excellence.

The US$7.2mn purpose-built facility is one of three of its kind globally to support the original equipment manufacturer's dealers and customers efforts to keep machines up and running.

A Terex spokesperson said: "Through our extensive global distributor network we can offer global support at a local level. Our distributor network is also critical to providing superior aftermarket service to customers at a local level, so we invest heavily in supporting our distributors from machine purchase through to technical support, comprehensive training, service and spare parts.

"Whether support comes from the local dealer or direct from the factory, customers can depend on our aftermarket service. We know the necessity of having the right part available when it's needed.

"Our purpose-built $7.2 million parts facility supports our customers globally with a large stock of items available for immediate global dispatch to meet the high demands of our customers and support growing requirements.

"An online ordering system provides 24-hour access to check availability, place orders and track shipments of parts."

Terex MP includes, among others, the Powerscreen, Terex Finlay, Terex Minerals Processing Systems (Terex MPS), EvoQuip, Ecotec, and Terex Washing Systems brands.
