Epiroc, a leading productivity partner for the mining and infrastructure industries, is proud to announce the launch of the Epiroc DTH 5 hammers, a revolutionary new range designed to maximize efficiency, boost profitability, and redefine versatility in drilling operations.

The Epiroc DTH 5 hammers deliver an exceptional rate of penetration (ROP) and longer service life, setting a new standard for performance and cost-effectiveness. Designed to excel in all drilling assignments, these hammers are the perfect choice for companies looking to expand their capabilities, take on new lucrative projects, and increase their competitiveness.

Ideal for high- and low-impact energy scenarios, the Epiroc DTH 5 hammers tackle any rock formation and feature many configurations in one system. The DT5 series offers boosted productivity with fewer interruptions and quicker task changes. Furthermore, the hammers’ reduced manufacturing and transportation needs contribute to lower CO₂ emissions and sustainability goals.

“We’ve combined the best of our hard-striking QL and robust COP Gold hammers to create a product that not only performs but transforms operations,” says Delaney Erickson, Global Product Manager DTH at Epiroc Tools division. “The Epiroc DTH 5 hammers truly pack a serious punch, offering our customers the tools they need to take their businesses to the next level.”

The DTH 5 hammers allow operators to drill more meters per shift, rebuild hammers up to three times with exclusive E-Kits from Epiroc, and enjoy a lower Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). They can fit all leading brands of compressors and rigs, representing a unique opportunity for growth and cost savings.

From rig to bit, the DTH 5 hammers are designed to optimise every part of your operation, delivering maximum efficiency, profitability, and reliability.
