Wood’s CRW has been unveiled as the 2024 Dealer of the Year and Uptime Dealer of the Year for Volvo Construction Equipment (Volvo CE).
The honour was announced at the annual meeting for Volvo Construction Equipment (Volvo CE) dealers. The award considers several key aspects, including service offering, customer uptime and share performance.
Volvo CE head of North America region Scott Young said the dealership exemplified the Volvo brand.
“Wood’s CRW has built an impressive culture based on forming strong relationships with their customers,” he said.
“Every team member, regardless of their role, shares a passion for delivering thoughtful equipment solutions focused on customer success.”
It proved to be a double delight for Wood’s CRW as the same dealership was also named Volvo CE’s Uptime Dealer of the Year award. This award recognises a dealership’s commitment to customer service and support.
New England-based Wood’s CRW was established in 1961 and has several locations including in Vermont, Massachusetts, New York and Pennsylvania. They have been a Volvo CE distributor for more than 25 years.
Wood’s CRW president Chris Palmer said the dealership prided itself on its holistic approach to understanding their customers’ needs.
“These awards are a tribute to our team’s efforts to be better each year. It shows that the investments we make in talent, tools, training and technology are paying off through great customer outcomes. We’re proud to accept these awards on behalf of our entire team,” he said.
