“The transmission ensures optimum power transfer continuously: that is over the whole performance spectrum,” says Hermann Beck, manager of the Off-Road Vehicle Division at ZF in Passau.
According to ZF, there is the reduced fuel demand which, “in comparison to conventional transmissions,” is reduced by up to 25%. There is a simultaneous increase in efficiency of up to 20%.
