The deal which was signed at the Samoter show in Verona will see Impianti extend its Powerscreen footprint into Central and Southern Italy, in addition to the territories it currently serves in Northern Italy.

Established in 1983, Impianti specialises in the sale and rental of crushing, screening and conveying systems for the mining, quarrying, recycling and steel mill industries. Impianti has been the authorised Powerscreen dealer in Northern Italy since 1995 and are the current market leaders in this region. The company has over 70 Powerscreen machines in its rental fleet - which is set to grow further with the expansion into Central & Southern Italy.

Impianti also has the support of its sister company ORIMEC, which is dedicated solely to the servicing of equipment and whose mobile workshop service guarantees prompt assistance on site for all Powerscreen customers in Italy.

Mark Ferguson, regional sales manager at Powerscreen, commented: “Impianti are a prime example of a forward-thinking company who are very much leading the way in terms of rental, aftersales support and utilising digital technologies to the benefit of their customer base. We are delighted to be a part of their exciting growth story and look forward to further developing the Powerscreen brand in their extended territories.”

Fabio Orini, MD at Impianti, added: “We are proud that our achievements to date have been recognised by Powerscreen and we have exciting growth plans for the new territories that we will now be covering in the near future.”

It’s been a busy start to 2023 on the event scene for Impianti, who participated in the Samoter show in May and more recently, the CavaExpoTech exhibition at Cave Vezzola in Lonato del Garda. However, the main event is yet to come - with a planned customer open day in September to mark the 40-year anniversary of the business.

Ennio Dedè, sales manager at Impianti, says: "We would like to take this opportunity to invite all Powerscreen customers, both past and present to join us at Cave Rossetti S.p.A. on Thursday 21st September for our 40th birthday celebrations and an exclusive preview of some of the latest innovations from Powerscreen.”
