The model is designed to adapt to a wide range of working conditions while delivering fast performance and reliability.

“We are seeing good progression in the Philippines and expecting to see continued growth with the government’s infrastructure plan. This is a good time to showcase our machines, which have proven reliability in action,” said Anthony Neo, SDLG sales support director, Region APAC.

“Concrete manufacturing, general construction and road construction are the top three growth segments in Philippines, and the machines we are showcasing are ideal for working in these environments.”

With Philippine president Rodrigo Duterte’s ‘Build, Build, Build’ campaign, the country is set for a major infrastructure boost. The infrastructure development plan consists of 75 flagship projects, which include six airports, nine railways, three bus rapid transits, 32 roads and bridges, and four seaports. The infrastructure projects are estimated to cost around US$180 billion.

The 4-tonne rated SDLG LG946L wheeled loader, powered by a 129kW engine, was launched in the Philippines in September this year.
