In Osh Province of Kyrgyzstan, a new cement production line project worth US$130 million (€118.51 million) will be jointly established by Kyrgyzstan JBK Construction, Baye Construction Group and Gansu Qilianshan Cement.

It is reported that discussions regarding the details of the establishment will start soon, and it is understood that Kyrgyzstan JBK Construction will own a 20% shareholding in the new project, while Baye Construction Group and QiLianShan Cement will jointly hold an 80% shareholding in the new project.

It is also understood that a memorandum has been signed by the companies regarding the establishment.

The statement was made by Chinese cement product maker Qilianshan Cement.
