Lafarge reserve share offer for staff

Lafarge has announced that it is to create 5million new shares as part of a capital increase operation but the €36.98 shares will be reserved for staff only. The company hopes to develop profit-sharing by offering the shares to its employees working across 63 countries worldwide. The subscription period will run from 1 to 21 June.
