RSSAfter a successful INTERMAT 2015 show which saw the company launch its MB-LS140 screening bucket for skid-steer loaders, MB Crusher is promoting the Italian flag and ‘Made in Italy’ branding on the firm’s marketing materials and exhibition platforms.

While the ambitious company has seven branches worldwide – in Italy, America, China, France, Germany, India and Japan – the new branding emphasises how 444 MB Crusher’s entire product range is manufactured at its impressive and recently enlarged 17,000m² production facility at the firm’s Fara Vicentino, northeast Italy-based HQ.

It also highlights MB Crusher’s confidence in the market for its high-quality products, which includes the MB-S23 screening bucket for excavators greater than 35tonnes, and the claimed world’s largest crusher bucket, the BF150.10 for excavators greater than 70tonnes.

The company says it plans to launch new products at 386 bauma 2016 in Munich, Germany – the construction equipment industry’s biggest exhibition. The firm exhibited at bauma Africa in Johannesburg, South Africa (15-18 September 2015); and also at 8257 Conexpo Latin America in Santiago, Chile (21-24 Oct 2015); The Big 5 in Dubai, UAE (23-26 Nov 2015); and Excon 2015 in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (25-29 Nov 2015).

“From this year, we are increasing our presence at shows. We are also investing in Italy, by attending more shows, including SAIE (International Building Exhibition, Bologna 14-17 Oct 2015), and ECOMONDO (Rimini 3-6 Nov 2015),” explains Giulia Riboni, MB Crusher marketing & expo manager.

“We are experiencing good sales growth on our crushing and screening buckets in the Middle East and South America, but also in many other countries,” continues Riboni.
“And we are continuing to see good sales consolidation in Italy, and the territories where we have branch offices. Around 95% of all current company sales are to customers outside Italy.”

As previously reported on in Aggregates Business Europe and Aggregates Business International, MB Crusher’s B2B portal now also allows customers access via their mobile phones – adding to its appeal and accessibility for time-conscious quarry and aggregates sector professionals.

The login and password accessed software program includes easy-to-follow video guides aimed at maximising performance of its crushing and screening buckets. The B2B portal has a handy Frequently Asked Questions section and downloadable product manuals.

A simple to use spare parts ordering facility is another key feature, with a full product catalogue a further useful inclusion. The B2B portal can be used in Italian, English, German, French, Spanish and Chinese.

Riboni says the B2B portal was created entirely in-house, with MB Crusher gaining a lot of positive feedback from customers and dealers.
