The screener’s heavy-duty high energy screen box at 6.1m x 1.83m is said to provide a high capacity and it can be raised at the lower end for easy bottom deck access.

A significantly longer and wider direct feed Hardox-lined hopper provides a large loading area, while a wide-feed opening is said to allow for the free flow of material and high volume capacity. The R230’s optimal chute design is said to minimise potential material spillage and blockages.

Powered by a six-cylinder Cat diesel engine, the R230 offers Track Mobility, integrated hydraulic folding stockpiling conveyors, travel out walkways requiring no folding or disassembly for transport, and on-site set-up time as low as ten minutes.
Options include a radio remote-control for tracks; top deck and bottom deck finger screens or a plate apron feeder rather than a belt feeder.
