Volpi shared her thoughts about her new role: "I am truly excited to be a part of the DSC team. I am committed to helping drive the company's success by enhancing its HR strategies, fostering a thriving work environment, and contributing to everyone's growth and well-being."

As Volpi begins her journey at Louisiana, USA-headquartered DSC Dredge, she looks forward to bringing her passion, drive, and excellence commitment to the organisation daily. She emphasises the importance of understanding the 'WHY' behind processes and procedures, which she believes is critical to success.

On a personal note, Volpi has been married to her husband, Mike, for 11 years, and they have two wonderful boys, Devin (11) and Chase (8). They enjoy going on adventures, trying new things, and regularly make time for camping trips.
