Lingl wins Ibstock Brick order

Ibstock Brick Ltd, a leading UK brick producer, has placed an order with Lingl to supply a complete face brick factory. Lingl will supply the brick production line, consisting of complete machinery, continuous dryer and tunnel kiln. The design of the plant includes what is said to be the most up-to-date thermal process equipment from Lingl, which means the new plant will consume 60% less thermal energy.

5698 Ibstock Brick Ltd, a leading UK brick producer, has placed an order with 5699 Lingl to supply a complete face brick factory. Lingl will supply the brick production line, consisting of complete machinery, continuous dryer and tunnel kiln.

The design of the plant includes what is said to be the most up-to-date thermal process equipment from Lingl, which means the new plant will consume 60% less thermal energy.

Construction works for the tunnel kiln will start in July 2012. The first bricks will leave the kiln in April 2013.
