The Cyprus-based company Momenal Management has acquired 78.63% in the Crimea, Ukraine-based Saksky Building Materials Plant, with anti-monopoly authorities issuing the permit.
The plant, belonging to Vadim Novatsky's Smart-Holding, manufactures limestone, sand and face stone.
In 2011, the plant gained UAH €448,089 in the net income. In spring 2012, Momenal Management also bought 95.05% in Yevpatoria Building Materials Plant from Smart-Holding. The holding company reported that the plant's ultimate owner was not changed.
